Ovus has built up a
portfolio of clients in the professional DTV equipment manufacture
sector, recently completing a number of major product developments. Our
clients are based in the UK, mainland Europe, and in the US. Our goal is
to complement our clients’ internal design teams to offer fast-access
resource to accelerate product design cycles and reduce time to market.
This is especially important to our US clients, where the FCC-mandated
switch to digital has resulted
in a huge demand for professional reception and conversion equipment.
We are also able to assist
in adding design skills that the client may not have in house, enabling
him to extend his product range economically and quickly and with low
risk. We offer a complete design service, from initial product
specification and project planning to schematic capture, software and
FPGA firmware development, right through to PCB layout and prototype
manufacture if required. We always work closely with our clients,
offering weekly progress reporting against plan and identifying project
risks well in advance to enable action to be taken where necessary.
